The standard operating procedures you should know

Transport of Food: Delivery & Pick Up

  1. The foods/beverages/snacks need to be fully enclosed in a food container that may protect the foods/beverages/snacks from contaminants.
     

  2. If the foods/beverages/snacks are carried in a vehicle during the delivery, the cleanliness of the vehicle must be upkept to maintain the hygiene of the food.

Despite following the standard operating procedures for food delivery and pick up, please also practice the standard operating procedures for food handling.

Protecting us all from the spread of Covid-19

All chefs are to wear masks while delivering the food to the customers, as well as while attending to the customers who drop by to collect their food order.
